Bhava Kompala serves as Chief Product Officer at Ampera Technologies, where he leads the company's product strategy, AI innovation initiatives, and development of enterprise-ready solutions that help organizations unlock measurable business value from artificial intelligence.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across analytics, enterprise growth, digital transformation, and technology innovation, Bhava has helped organizations scale businesses, build strategic partnerships, and drive impactful transformation programs across retail, consumer goods, healthcare, manufacturing, and technology sectors. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with Fortune 500 enterprises to solve complex business challenges through the thoughtful application of data, technology, and innovation.

Prior to joining Ampera, Bhava played a key leadership role at The Modern Data Company, helping the organization scale through its growth journey while leading strategic enterprise relationships and ecosystem partnerships. Earlier, he led the Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods business at LatentView Analytics and was part of the leadership team that guided the company through its successful IPO journey. He also held senior leadership positions at Genpact and Mu Sigma, where he led large global teams and business portfolios focused on analytics-driven transformation.

At Ampera, Bhava is focused on building AI assets, accelerators, and market-ready products that enable enterprises to move beyond AI experimentation and realize meaningful business outcomes. He is passionate about bridging innovation and execution, helping organizations adopt AI responsibly, effectively, and at scale.

Bhava holds an MBA in Marketing and Strategy from DePaul University, a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Chicago, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Anna University.
