Anuradha Ramachandran has an overall of 16 plus years of work experience in the Human Resources Field. Prior to joining Ampera, she has worked with organisations like Sify, Polaris, Ameex and Perficient. Anu has played both Strategic and Tactical roles in her experience as a HR. Her significant role has been into M&A where she successfully completed the Global Acquisition of Ameex into Perficient, a Nasdaq listed Company with 7500+ employee organization in 2022.
